**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Video Editing**: Edit and produce high-quality videos, including product demos, promotional content, and customer testimonials.
- **Social Media Management**: Plan, create, and schedule posts across social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twiteer etc.), ensuring brand consistency.
- **Campaign Management**: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall strategy.
- **SEO & Analytics**: Monitor and optimize content for SEO, track the performance of campaigns, and provide reports on KPIs and ROI.
- **Creative Input**: Contribute ideas for marketing strategies, content development, and ways to improve engagement through creative design.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience in **graphic design** and **video editing**.
- Proficiency in software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent.
- Knowledge of social media platforms, content creation, and campaign management.
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and social media analytics tools.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in the construction or building materials industry.
- Familiarity with website management (WordPress) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jalandhar, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
