Quantity Surveyor

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain accurate budgets for MEP systems installation, ensuring cost control throughout the project's lifecycle.
- Monitor cost fluctuations and provide regular cost reporting and updates.
- Evaluate and select subcontractors and suppliers for MEP works.
- Prepare and manage contracts for MEP works, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
- Administer and monitor contracts, variations, and claims throughout the project.
- Evaluate and process variations in the scope of work, ensuring that any changes are appropriately costed and documented.
- Measure and quantify the MEP works during the construction phase to ensure accurate billing.
- Prepare valuations for progress payments based on work completed, ensuring that payments are processed on time.
- Verify and cross-check measurements provided by subcontractors and suppliers.
- Implement effective cost control procedures to ensure that the MEP works stay within budget.
- Advise on cost-effective solutions and alternatives for MEP systems to meet project goals.
- Work closely with MEP engineers, architects, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination between different disciplines.
- Review final accounts and ensure all payments are processed accurately and on time.
- Provide cost feedback for future projects and help improve estimating and costing processes.
