Key Responsibilities:
**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Must have experience in field sales or field recruitment. Experience in recruiting blue-collar workers is a plus.
- **Own Vehicle**: Must own a bike or scooty for travel to various locations within Bangalore.
- **Mobility**: Willingness and ability to travel locally as required to meet recruitment needs.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and stay organized.
- **Language Skills**: Proficiency in Kannada and Hindi is a plus, along with basic English for communication.
