- Following up on leads generated from previous calls to convert them into sales.
- Meeting daily, weekly, or monthly targets set by the company for making calls and generating sales.
- Providing feedback to the management on the effectiveness of the calling scripts and suggesting improvements to increase sales.
- Staying up-to-date with the company's products or services, and the industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service during all calls.
- Adhering to the company's policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
