Responsibilities

Source, screen and headhunt talents through various job portals, social media, and employee referrals.

Meet monthly and quarterly Targets.

Required Skills:
Proven work experience as a Non Technical Recruiter / Technical Recruiter.

Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting and Boolean search).

Social Media hiring especially from LinkedIn, Facebook etc. Job posting in various portals (e.g., hires, indeed, iimjobs, LinkedIn, etc).

Creating templates for job posting in multiple platforms.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education background should be B.Tech /BCA/MCA/B.Sc.(computer) + MBA(preferable).
