**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create, maintain, and adjust schedules for staff, appointments, or services as required
- Coordinate with the internal team to understand scheduling needs and constraints
- Communicate schedule changes promptly to all relevant parties
- Monitor attendance and report discrepancies or shift coverage issues
- Use scheduling software/tools to input and update data accurately
- Optimize resource allocation to improve efficiency and minimize downtime
- Handle last-minute changes or emergencies professionally and efficiently
- Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly scheduling reports with management
- Provide administrative support as needed for scheduling-related tasks

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree, Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in scheduling, coordination, or administrative roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling software/tools
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in workforce or staff scheduling in industries like security, logistics, healthcare, etc.
- Familiarity with software like Excel, Google Sheets, or any workforce management tools
- Knowledge of labor regulations related to scheduling (if applicable)
