**Position Title**: Admission Counselor
- **Student Recruitment**: Actively engage in student recruitment efforts by representing the institution at recruitment events, high schools, college fairs, and other relevant venues. This may involve traveling to various locations to promote the institution and attract prospective students.
- **Interviewing**: Conduct admissions interviews with prospective students to assess their academic background, interests, goals, and fit with the institution. Provide information about the institution's programs, resources, and opportunities, and answer any questions or concerns raised by applicants.
- **Events and Programming**: Plan and coordinate admissions events, such as campus tours, open houses, information sessions, and admitted student days, to showcase the institution's offerings and facilitate meaningful interactions with prospective students and their families. Collaborate with colleagues and campus stakeholders to ensure the success of these events.
- **Relationship Building**: Build and maintain positive relationships with high school counselors, community organizations, alumni, and other stakeholders to enhance recruitment efforts and expand the institution's reach. Collaborate with internal departments, such as academic advising, financial aid, and housing, to provide seamless support to prospective students throughout the enrollment process.
- **Training and Development**: Stay informed about trends and best practices in admissions and enrollment management through professional development opportunities, conferences, workshops, and networking events. Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues and contribute to the continuous improvement of admissions processes and services.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, marketing, communications, or a related field required; master's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in admissions, recruitment, counseling, or related fields preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with admissions management systems, CRM software, and data analysis tools preferred.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in student recruitment and enrollment efforts.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed for recruitment events and activities.
- Knowledge of higher education trends, policies, and regulations related to admissions and enrollment management.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
