**Key Responsibilities**:
**Team Leadership & Delivery Excellence**
- Lead cross-functional teams (data architects, analysts, SMEs, technologists)
- Promote best practices in agile delivery, collaboration, and accountability

**Strategic Data Leadership**
- Develop and align data strategies with client business goals
- Translate stakeholder needs into actionable insights and analytical solutions

**Technical & Architectural Expertise**
- Architect scalable platforms using **SQL Server, Snowflake, and Power BI**:

- Lead initiatives in **Data Modeling, DWH, ETL, and Big Data**:

- Maintain strong data governance, security, and compliance frameworks

**Performance & Governance**
- Define and monitor KPIs, performance metrics, and project outcomes
- Ensure regulatory adherence in **fund accounting, compliance**, and **reporting**
- 15+ years of progressive experience in capital markets or financial services
- Proven track record in **SQL Server, Snowflake, Power BI, ETL, and Azure Cloud**:

- Hands-on experience in **big data platforms** and modern **data architecture**:

- Expertise in private markets, CLOs, private equity, and regulatory compliance
- Strong leadership, stakeholder communication, and delivery ownership
- Certifications (preferred)**:CFA**, **Snowflake Certified Architect**, or **Power BI Certified**

**Educational Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s in **Computer Science, Finance, IT, Economics**, or related field
- Master’s degree or **MBA/MS** preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹5,000,000.00 per year

- 15 yrs Azure Cloud Data Platforms: 1 year (required)
- 15 yrs capital markets( Private equity/private credit): 1 year (required)
- 15 yrs define and track KPIs and performance metrics: 10 years (required)
- 15 yrs communication and stakeholder management skills: 10 years (required)
- 15 yrs big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark): 10 years (required)
- 15 yrs private equity, private credit, CLOs,fund accounting: 10 years (required)
- 15 yrs Agile project management: 10 years (required)

License/Certification:
