The Medical Representative is responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, such as doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals. This role involves understanding and communicating the benefits and uses of the company’s products, while also maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers to enhance the company's market presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Promotion**: Present and promote pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff.
- **Sales Targets**: Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company.
- **Market Research**: Identify and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- **Relationship Management**: Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to ensure brand loyalty and customer satisfaction.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s product line, including benefits, side effects, and contraindications.
- **Sales Reporting**: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, market feedback, and competitor information.
- **Training and Development**: Attend training sessions to stay updated on new products, industry trends, and sales techniques.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all promotional activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field. A degree in business or marketing may also be considered.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales or a similar field is preferred but not always required
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Good negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
