**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan and execute age-appropriate lessons that promote learning through play.
- Create and implement engaging content for creative activities such as arts, crafts, storytelling, and music.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for children to explore and grow.
- Coordinate and manage group activities to encourage teamwork and social skills.
- Observe and assess each child’s development and provide feedback to parents.
- Ensure classroom cleanliness and maintain a welcoming learning space.
- Collaborate with other staff members for event planning and curriculum updates.

**Skills and Qualifications**

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with young children and parents.
- Creativity in developing fun, educational, and engaging activities.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude toward working with children.
- Basic understanding of early childhood development and teaching methods.

**Educational Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Teaching, or a related field is preferred.
- Certification in Montessori or play-based teaching methods is a plus.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience working with young children in a school or similar environment.
- Freshers with a strong passion for early childhood education may also be considered.
