Name Designation Job Responsibilities Reporting to

Store -Keeper Position.

1 Receive and inspect goods delivered by suppliers to ensure they meet specified quality standards and requirements.

2 Verify items against Purchase Orders (POs) to confirm accuracy and completeness of deliveries.

3 Report discrepancies between received goods and POs to the relevant department promptly and accurately.

4 Document discrepancies and track their resolution to ensure timely and effective action.

5 Maintain accurate inventory records by updating stock levels and managing inventory efficiently.

6 Monitor stock levels to ensure optimal inventory and prevent shortages or overstock situations.

7 Ensure proper storage of materials to maintain their quality and prevent damage.

8 Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for all materials and inventory, ensuring proper record-keeping.

9 Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to address any inventory-related issues or concerns.

10 Identify opportunities for improvement in inventory management and storage processes.

11 Generate and submit reports on inventory status and stock levels for internal use and management review.

12 Maintain accurate records of all inventory transactions and updates, ensuring data integrity and consistency.

13 Service calls related to material and fixed assets.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
