**Job Summary: Inside Sales Educational Counselor**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with prospective students to understand their goals and guide them to suitable programs.
- Provide clear information about courses, admissions, and fees.
- Follow up to address concerns and assist with enrollment.
- Use sales techniques to meet monthly enrollment targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective students.
- Keep accurate records in CRM software.
- Collaborate with admissions and marketing teams to improve processes.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in inside sales or educational counseling.
- Strong communication and sales skills.
- Empathetic approach and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software.

**Preferred**:

- Master’s degree in Education or Counseling.
- Experience in higher education or vocational training.
- Knowledge of educational regulations and trends.

**Work Environment**: Office-based with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and occasional travel for events.
