Job Description: Sales Co -ordinator

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Pre-sales calls handling incoming inquiries and outbound pre-sales calls. (The participants of the Rs. 99/- work shop need to be called or they will call and their queries and questions need to be answered. The pre - sales person need inform them about the services and the 3 day work shop to the participants who have not registered for it. They need to schedule a meeting with Mr. Amit Monga if the participants want a clearer insight about the 3 day work shop and also about the company.) (The pre - sales person needs to make sure which participant wants to attend the 3 day work shop and which does not want i.e. lead qualification.)
- Part Paid Fee Collection & Assisting team in closing. (Calling the participant and informing them about their payment status & also coordinating with the accounts team)
- Quotation & Presentation Preparation
- Payment Reminders:

- Managing Sales Data & Creating Daily reports (Creating google sheets & maintaining data )

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Any Bachelor’s degree, or a related field
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience handling the above roles and responsibly
- Excellent understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/ respond to different types of prospects.
- Excel skills for data management and reporting.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and excel.
- Ready To Work on Weekends, must be career-oriented.
- Age 25 to 32

Location: Mumbai Goregaon west
- The week off is on Saturday.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
