Purchase Incharge

Plan and execute purchase requirements for dairy plant operations (milk cans, packaging material, spare parts, uniforms, cleaning agents, etc.).
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure the best terms of quality, price, and delivery.
- Issue Purchase Orders (PO) and maintain proper documentation.
- Coordinate with stores, accounts, transport, and production teams for timely material availability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and audit guidelines.
- Maintain vendor database and evaluate vendor performance regularly.
- Track and control purchase expenses to meet budget targets.
- Resolve issues related to delivery delays, shortages, or quality concerns.
- Prepare and submit periodic purchase reports to management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
