- Division - ORS US/ ORS UK
- Shift Timings - ORS US:

- 6:30PM - 3:30am (9 Hours)(march - October) or 7:30pm - 4:30am (9 Hours)(October - march) including 1 hour of break.

ORS UK:

- 12:30pm - 10:00pm (9 Hours)(march - October) or 1:30pm - 11:00pm (9 Hours)(October - march) including 1 hour of break.

- Reports to Team Lead/ Assistant Operations Manager
