**Job Description: Guest Faculty for Quantitative Techniques**

**Position**: Guest Faculty - Quantitative Techniques
**Institution**: Techno Institute of Higher Studies.
**Location**: Lucknow

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver engaging lectures on Quantitative Techniques, including topics such as:

- Descriptive Statistics
- Probability Theory
- Hypothesis Testing
- Regression Analysis
- Time Series Analysis
- Operations Research
- Decision Modeling, etc.
- Prepare and update course materials, including lecture slides, assignments, and reading materials.
- Conduct practical sessions and provide hands-on learning through software tools like Excel, SPSS, R, or other statistical tools.
- Assess students' progress through assignments, quizzes, and examinations.
- Collaborate with the department to develop and update the syllabus.
- Participate in institutional academic activities, meetings, and events as required.

**Qualifications & Skills Required**:

- **Educational Qualification**:

- Master’s degree (or higher) in a relevant field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Management, Engineering, or any related field).
- A Ph.D. in a relevant area is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Experience**:

- Experience with using statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R, Python, Excel) is highly desirable.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of quantitative methods, data analysis, and modeling techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics in an understandable manner.
- Enthusiasm for teaching and mentoring students.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with faculty members.

**Preferred Attributes**:

- Previous experience in teaching in a similar academic environment.
- Strong academic credentials and a passion for research and academic excellence.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students to engage actively with quantitative topics.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
