Strong communication skills and the ability to provide clear and constructive feedback

Prior experience as a proofreader, copy editor, or in a similar role is preferred

Knowledge of different document types and formats (eg, print, digital, online content) is a

plus

Familiarity with proofreading tools and software is advantageous

Desirable Skills: Relevant experience to handle Pharmaceutical and hospital copy

writing & proofreading

Major Responsibilities

Proofreading: Carefully review written content, including articles, blog posts,

documents, reports, and other materials, to identify and correct errors in grammar,

spelling, punctuation, and syntax

Language and Style: Ensure that the content adheres to the desired language style

and guidelines, including consistency in tone, voice, and formatting

Accuracy: Verify facts, figures, and references in the content to ensure accuracy and

reliability. Cross-check information with reliable sources when necessary

Consistency: Maintain consistency in language usage, terminology, and formatting

throughout the document or publication

Formatting and Layout: Check for consistency in formatting, including headings,

subheadings, bullet points, numbering, fonts, and spacing

Ensure that the document follows the prescribed style guide or formatting guidelines

Feedback and Collaboration: Provide constructive feedback to writers and editors

regarding grammar, style, and clarity

Collaborate with the team to address questions or concerns related to content quality

Deadlines: Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines and prioritize tasks

accordingly. Communicate with team members if additional time is needed or if any

challenges arise

Quality Assurance: Ensure the overall quality of the content by paying attention to

detail and upholding high standards of accuracy, consistency, and readability

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with language and grammar rules, style

guides, and industry-specific terminology

Proofreading Tools: Utilize appropriate proofreading tools, such as spelling and

grammar checkers, to enhance accuracy and efficiency

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
