Jr. Microbiologist

**Role Description -**This is a full-time on-site role for a Jr. Microbiology profile at Sarthak Biotech Pvt Ltd in Karnal.

**Responsibilities-**
- Conduct microbiological testing and experiments according to established protocols.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of laboratory reagents and media.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all laboratory procedures and results.
- Support quality control and assurance processes within the microbiology laboratory.
- Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.
- Handle and dispose of biological and chemical waste following safety procedures.
- Participate in troubleshooting and resolving laboratory issues as they arise.

**Qualifications-**
- Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in microbiology.
- Knowledge of microbiological techniques and procedures.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Understanding of laboratory safety protocols and regulations.
