**Digital Marketing & Content Creation**:
**Content Creation**:

- Produce high-quality and visually appealing digital content, spanning graphics, videos, blogs, and social media posts.
- Create and maintain a content calendar for strategic and consistent publishing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather insights for crafting relevant and targeted content.
- Stays updated on industry trends and incorporate them into content creation strategies.
- Optimize content for SEO to improve online visibility and organic reach.

**Digital Marketing**:

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Utilize analytics tools to measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the success of marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Stay informed about the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to identify opportunities for improvement.

**E-commerce Management**:

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of product listings, pricing, and product information
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive online sales growth.
- Monitor and enhance the overall customer experience on the e-commerce platform.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze e-commerce metrics and generate reports to track performance.
- Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to online sales.

**Website Maintenance**:

- Regularly update and maintain website content, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Monitor website performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions promptly.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Digital Media or a related field.

2. Proven experience in digital content creation, including graphic design and video editing skills

4. Proficiency in using relevant software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, content management systems, E commerce platforms such as Amazon, Noon, Social medial platforms and marketing analytics platforms.

6. Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
