**Job Title: Digital Marketing & Client Relations Executive**

**Location**: Kandivali East, Mumbai

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and update data sheets and inventories regularly.
- Check daily online inventories on platforms like 99acres, Magicbricks, and other property portals.
- Post property inventories on 99acres, Magicbricks, Squareyards, and other property portals.
- Verify the listed properties by visiting the sites as needed.
- Create comprehensive PDFs of various residential and commercial projects, including all necessary details.
- Design digital flyers, logos, cover photos, and other graphic content for the company.
- Create and send festive greetings.
- Manage and grow the company’s presence on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Record, edit, and post high-quality photos & videos of property inventories.
- Handle client interactions and build strong relationships with prospects and existing clients.
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks related to client management and inventory handling.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and graphic design tools like Canva or Photoshop.
- Good video editing skills using software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Basic knowledge of social media management and content creation.
- Experience in creating and formatting PDFs.
- Familiarity with property portals such as 99acres, Magicbricks, and Squareyards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage clients professionally and build strong relationships.
