Urgent requirement for **Field Service Engineer**at cafe on Coffee Machine

Location: Mumbai

Qualification: Diploma / ITI

Should be comfortable to travel within Mumbai

Job Profile:

- Installation and Training
- Install and configure coffee machines at customer locations according to specifications.
- Provide initial training to customers on machine operation and maintenance.
- Maintenance and Troubleshooting
- Perform regular preventive maintenance to ensure machines function at optimal levels.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and software issues in coffee machines.
- Respond promptly to service calls and ensure mínimal downtime for customers.
- Customer Support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and service.
- Educate customers on proper use, cleaning, and care of coffee machines.
- Address customer complaints and provide technical support to resolve issues.
- Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain accurate service records, including maintenance schedules, repairs, and installations.
- Generate service reports and provide feedback to the management team.
- Ensure spare parts inventory is up to date and report shortages.
- Compliance and Safety
- Follow safety guidelines during equipment handling, maintenance, and repair.
- Ensure compliance with company and industry standards for quality and performance.
