**Job Summary**:
The Store Keeper is responsible for maintaining and managing the storage of goods, ensuring that items are well-organized, properly stored, and readily accessible for use. The role includes tracking inventory, managing stock levels, and ensuring the timely distribution of items as required by the business or department.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and materials.
- Organize, store, and maintain stock to ensure easy retrieval.
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder items as necessary to avoid shortages.
- Maintain accurate stock records (manual or electronic systems).
- Conduct regular stock checks (physical inventory) and reconcile with the system.
- **Storage and Organization**:

- Ensure goods are stored according to industry standards and safety protocols.
- Organize products by category, date of receipt, or priority.
- Label and tag inventory clearly to avoid mix-ups and misplacement.
- **Issuing and Distribution**:

- Issue goods to authorized personnel according to company protocols.
- Prepare and dispatch materials as requested, ensuring proper documentation is in place.
- Assist in the preparation of orders for shipment to customers or other locations.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain and update records of materials received, stored, and issued.
- Generate reports on stock levels, inventory turnover, and stock discrepancies.
- Notify management of inventory shortages or overstock situations.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Ensure that the store area is clean, organized, and free from hazards.
- Follow health and safety regulations, including proper handling and storage of hazardous materials if applicable.
- Ensure adherence to all company policies and legal requirements regarding the handling and storage of goods.
- **Communication and Coordination**:

- Coordinate with the procurement and purchasing department to keep stock levels optimal.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other departments about inventory requirements and updates.

**Requirements**:

- **Education: Any graduate**.
- **Experience: 1-5 years**experience in a warehouse, store keeping, or inventory management role is an advantage.
- **Skills**:

- Basic computer skills (familiarity with inventory management software is a plus).
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
