**Job Title**: Mini Tennis Teacher

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct mini tennis classes for children, focusing on foundational skills and techniques.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing positive reinforcement and guidance.
- Prepare students for mini tennis matches, events, and activities.
- Maintain a safe and encouraging environment for all participants.
- Educate students on sportsmanship, teamwork, and the fundamentals of tennis.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and any concerns.
- Collaborate with school staff to organize mini tennis-related events or tournaments.

**Qualifications**:

- 2 to 4 years of proven experience as a Mini Tennis Teacher or Coach.
- Strong knowledge of tennis fundamentals, drills, and techniques tailored for young children.

**Attributes**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a fun and motivating learning environment.
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
- Previous experience in teaching or coaching young children is preferred.

**Compensation**:

- Compensation will be based on a percentage of the revenue generated or a fixed salary, depending on the agreement.
