MadStays, a The Byke Hospitality Ltd entity is looking for a passionate and creative **Social Media Intern** to join our dynamic marketing team.

**This is a paid Internship with a duration of 6 months with a possibility of a job offer post internship completion.**

As a Social Media Intern, you will assist the marketing team in creating engaging content, building brand awareness, and enhancing the online presence of our hotels and resorts across various social media platforms. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in social media marketing and digital content creation in the hospitality industry.

**Key Learnings -**
- Learn how to develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies tailored to the hotel's or resort’s brand and goals.
- Gain hands-on experience in overseeing and managing multiple social media profiles on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
- Develop skills in Planning and executing social media campaigns, promotions, and contests to increase engagement and drive bookings.
- Gain experience in identifying key metrics for success and set measurable goals to track the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
- Work closely with the MadStays Marketing Team to create compelling and visually engaging content, including text, images, videos, and graphics, that reflects the brand’s voice and attracts target audience.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for new marketing strategies and creative concepts.

**Requirements and Skills -**
- Passion for social media and influencer marketing and a genuine interest in the hospitality industry.
- Graduation / Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, influencer marketing, and content creation.
- A creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for influencer collaborations.
