**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Entry and Documentation**:

- Ensure all documentation and registration processes adhere to NAPS guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in digital and physical formats.
- **Client Coordination**:

- Visit client sites as required to collect necessary information and documents.
- Ensure seamless communication with clients to resolve any discrepancies in data or documentation.
- **Compliance and Reporting**:

- Verify the accuracy of entered data against source documents.
- Generate and share periodic reports on registration progress.
- Ensure timely updates and submissions to meet compliance standards.
- **Field Visits**:

- Travel to client locations within the designated area for meetings or document collection (two-wheeler required).

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: degree.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
- Familiarity with online portals for data entry is a plus.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and punctual.

**Requirements**:

- Must own a two-wheeler for field visits (with a valid driving license).
- Willingness to travel to client locations as needed.
- Prior experience in data entry or apprenticeship registration is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
