**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about our services.
- Respond to incoming calls and provide accurate information to customer.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest services that meet their needs.
- Maintain a detailed database of customer information and call logs.
- Follow up with customers for feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.

**Key Skills and Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in any discipline is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
- Good listening skills and problem-solving ability.
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle rejection and remain resilient.
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an advantage.

**Working Hours**: [9:30 to 6:30]
