Job Title: Telecaller (Target-Based) Job Description: Responsibilities: 1- Outbound Calling: Make calls to prospective or existing clients to promote products, services, or special offers. 2- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets or call quotas set by the company. 3- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and communication. 4- Customer Interaction: Provide detailed information about products or services, handle objections, and close sales or appointments. 5- Record Maintenance: Accurately record call details, customer interactions, and sales activities in the company's CRM system. 6- Reporting: Provide regular updates on call outcomes, sales performance, and customer feedback to management. 7- Compliance: Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and legal requirements during all calls.

Qualifications: 1- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus.

This role is ideal for individuals with a strong sales orientation, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.
