To improve the state’s performance and enable Business Implementation [BI] Team perform better in terms of retention / persistency inputs & output there by increasing customer’s loyalty;
**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:_Please list down all the major & routine duties & responsibilities below_
- Meet the persistency Business targets for the location Tehsil & districts;;
- Coordinating with DDM & BI team and designing and identify opportunities for improving the persistency numbers for the location;
- Develop and execute the training and awareness plans to improve persistency focus of field teams
- [ ADM/FA/DDM’s]; Also Introduce & drive initiatives which strengthen the Persistency focus for ex: NACH mandates / Novo pay related communication etc
- Publish monthly MIS leaderboards / dashboard;
**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**:_Educational qualifications, minimum years of service and other additional skills required for the position_
- Educational Qualifications_

**Graduation**
- Years of Experience & other specifications_
- Minimum 4-7 yrs experience of relevant Experience
- 1-2 yrs branch operation coordination experience in Life Insurance is preferable;
- Knowledge in MS Office preferable;
- Persistency and renewals targets focused activities exposure 1-2 Yrs is preferable;
- Ready to travel atleast 7 days a month;
- Additional Skill Required_

Retention experience in Insurance sector

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
