**Job Title: Data Entry Clerk (6 Months Experience)**

**Location**: Shastri Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan

**Job Type**: Full-Time

**Weekdays**:Monday-Saturday

**Timing: 9:00 AM - 6 PM**

As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our systems. Your role will support the efficiency of our operations by ensuring that all information is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Correctly input data into company systems and databases
- Verify the accuracy of data and correct any discrepancies
- Maintain and organize data files and documents
- Process and update records in a timely manner
- Perform routine data backups to ensure data security
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
- Communicate with other departments to resolve any data-related issues

**Requirements**:

- At least 6 months of data entry or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with data entry software and systems (e.g., Salesforce, ERP systems)
- Knowledge of basic office procedures and data management
