Cameraman & Videographer

Roles and responsibilities :_**Operate and maintain** cameras, lens, and other
- **equipment necessary** for the job-
- Work with the YT Head, Program Manager, Content Creators and editors to
- **understand the vision**
**for each shot** and how it fits into the overall project-
**Frame and compose shots creatively and effectively**Set up lighting and other equipment** as needed-
**Capture high quality footage** that meets the
- **artistic and technical standards **of the project-
- Ensure that
- **all footage is properly stored and backed up**- Keep
- **up to date with the latest equipment and techniques** in the field-
- High sense of
- **ownership and responsibility** towards any task in hand-
- You have
- **_basic understanding of the Health-tech industry_** and adapt to any changes that might come unannounced since Youtube audience change based on current trends-
- You have high aspiration to grow a Youtube channel and give the best outcome by various Standard Methods and our own experiments of trial and error to see what's best for your audience-
**_ Stakeholder Management_** - You are an excellent coordinator with various stakeholders and a team player in conveying all things in detail-
- You’ll need to coordinate with multiple teams in youtube and get the required result.-
- You’ll need to coordinate across multiple functions outside of Youtube to ensure smooth functioning between teams with effective communications and transparency.-
- It will be your job to keep different people on the same page for the ongoing projects.-
- You have a constant
- **eagerness to research** the industry and implement best practices whenever necessary-

Requirements :_**Excellent Communication** Skills
- **Hindi/ English** Preferred)-
- Proven experience as a Cameraman, with
- **strong portfolio of work**- Excellent
- **knowledge of camera equipment and techniques**- Proficiency in
- **operating different types of cameras and lenses**Familiarity with lighting and sound equipments**- Ability to work under pressure and
- **meet tight deadlines**Strong collaboration skills**- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team-
**Flexibility to work outside regular business hours** as needed-
- Good time management and organizational skills**_
Education and Qualifications :_**- Bachelor’s degree in film, media, or a related field is preferred. Applicants from all background are welcome to apply-
- Certification or training in photography, cinematography, or a related field is a plus- Minimum
**0-3 Years of field experience
