A leading **International Sports Shooting Association **is looking for a **Program Lead** to join their team in Delhi.

**Experience Required**:

- 4 to 6 years of experience in the field of shooting / training and instructional design
- Proficient in English & Hindi (R/W/S)

**Role**:
The person will be in-charge of the preparing strategy of program delivery, curating content and curriculum and working with the operations team to ensure successful delivery of the program

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct through research on existing elite level sports coaching programs
- Design program delivery strategies and high level curriculum design of all levels of the program
- Design evaluation framework to measure program impact
- Create robot support structure for learners to resolve issues and queries
- Periodically analyze program quality and make changes as and when necessary
- Work closely with the operations team to execute a High-Quality program
- Design tech solutions in the long term to scale program

**Skills & Ability**:

- Excellent instructional design skills
- Ability to facilitate meaningful learning experiences for different kinds of learners
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Taking initiative, ownership of big projects and being a good team player
- Good PPT designing skills, writing skills
- A passion for sports and understanding the Indian Sports ecosystem
- Ability to set long term targets and break up the work into small chunks

**About the Program**:
The goal of the program is to:
1. Spread the base of shooting across the country.

2. Empower intermediate level coaches to improve their knowledge and hone their skills

3. Support elite coaches to enable them support their athletes to win medals at the international level

4. Regularly manage to update the knowledge and skills of judges and juries to promote fair competition

**The plan is to have a separate program to achieve each of the above mentioned sports**

**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹960,000.00 per year

- Day shift
- Flexible shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
