**About the role**:
The Chief Product Officer (CPO) position provides leadership, management, and vision necessary to create a scalable product portfolio that will increase 1Lattice's profitability. The CPO must ensure each product and its features are aligned with the 1Lattice's objectives; he/she must also confirm product sales strategies are reviewed, refined and supported. This role leads the overall portfolio of knowledge and data led products that 1Lattice will create and scale across verticals. The role of CPO is to conceptualize, pilot, scale new products across all verticals and geographies. The technology team reports to the CPO. A CPO's responsibilities begin in the product innovation and vision stages, continue through the marketing campaign (if any), and extend past the product's release in terms of liasoning / supporting BD teams in client sales meetings, as well as assisting / guiding the Insights & Consulting team in usage of these products for successful delivery of projects. The position accomplishes this through a respectful, constructive, and energetic style, guided by the objectives of the company. The CPO reports to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and/or equivalent.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Develop a vision and set the strategic direction of products that aligns with customer needs, business growth, and overall technology strategy.
- Define product requirements and roadmaps including things as feasibility, time, cost, and impact.
- Work cross-functionally with Revenue, Insights & Consulting, and Marketing teams.
- Pursue a deep understanding of user and customer needs through research and data analysis.
- Build, mentor and manage a product and tech team and nurture a customer-driven product culture.
- Develop metrics and KPIs to measure success of products and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate across teams to communicate product strategies with internal stakeholders and adjust priorities according to feedback.

**Competencies and Skills**:

- Proven experience in product leadership roles ideally if not mandatorily in a professional services / technology firm, minimum 10 years of experience in the industry.
- Knowledge of tech - backend, front end, dev ops, testing, web / app, and analytics / big data.
- Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development.
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
- Ability to understand client's needs and developing trusted relationships.
- Understanding of technology and product development process
- Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills.
- Excellent communication skills and client management skills.
