1. **Project Planning and Coordination**
- **Scheduling**: Ensuring that the project schedule is followed, and making adjustments when necessary.
- **Coordination**: Coordinating between various teams (construction workers, subcontractors, suppliers, etc.).
- **Materials Management**: Ensuring that materials are delivered on time and are in good condition for the project.
2. **Site Safety**
- **Enforcing Safety Standards**: Ensuring that all safety regulations and protocols are followed on site.
- **Risk Assessments**: Identifying potential hazards on the site and implementing preventive measures.
- **Training**: Providing safety briefings and making sure workers have proper safety training.
3. **Supervision of Workers**
- **Managing Personnel**: Overseeing daily tasks and ensuring work is being done according to plans and specifications.
- **Providing Direction**: Giving clear instructions to workers, answering questions, and resolving issues as they arise.
- **Monitoring Work Quality**: Ensuring that the work being done meets the required quality standards and specifications.
4. **Communication and Reporting**
- **Reporting to Management**: Keeping project managers or higher-ups updated on progress, challenges, and any deviations from the plan.
- **Liaising with Stakeholders**: Communicating with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment on project goals.
- **Documentation**: Keeping accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any incidents on site.
5. **Quality Control**
- **Ensuring Compliance**: Making sure that all work meets local building codes, regulations, and project requirements.
- **Inspections**: Regularly inspecting the work being done to catch any issues early and ensure it meets required standards.
- **Problem-Solving**: Addressing any quality control issues as soon as they arise.
6. **Time Management**
- **Task Delegation**: Allocating resources and assigning tasks to ensure that work is completed on time.
- **Monitoring Progress**: Tracking the progress of the project to ensure deadlines are met and intervening if delays occur.
7. **Equipment and Resource Management**
- **Managing Equipment**: Ensuring that all equipment is in good working order and properly maintained.
- **Resource Allocation**: Ensuring the right resources (human, material, or equipment) are available and efficiently used.
8. **Environmental and Regulatory Compliance**
- **Ensuring Compliance with Regulations**: Adhering to environmental regulations, including waste disposal, noise control, and pollution prevention.
- **Site Cleanliness**: Making sure the site is kept clean and organized to prevent accidents and inefficiencies.
9. **Problem-Solving**
- **Resolving Issues**: Addressing conflicts or challenges among workers or with materials that may arise during the course of the project.
- **Decision-Making**: Making decisions on-site when problems arise and escalating issues to management when necessary.
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
