**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**

We’re on the lookout for a **Junior Production Executive** — someone who brings energy, hustle, and strong organizational skills to the table. Your main role will be to support the creative production team by ensuring everything runs smoothly during shoots — from props to location readiness, logistics to on-ground coordination.

If you’re the person everyone relies on to “get things done,” love the fast pace of shoots, and enjoy being hands-on with production, this role is for you.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?**
- Managing all on-ground shoot logistics and requirements.
- Sourcing and arranging props, garments, and any shoot-related materials.
- Coordinating with vendors, freelancers, and studios for timely delivery and setup.
- Ensuring the shoot location is ready and well-equipped before production begins.
- Assisting the production team on set — from organizing wardrobe to helping with last-minute needs.
- Maintaining and tracking inventory of production supplies.
- Supporting the team with post-shoot logistics — packing, returns, and clean-ups.
- Collaborating with the Creative Production Executive to ensure timely execution of the shoot calendar.

**WHO ARE YOU?**
- 1-2 years of experience in production or shoot assistance, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or media.
- A hands-on doer with excellent coordination and multitasking skills.
- Extremely organized and dependable — you’re the go-to person for getting things done.
- Flexible with travel, long shoot hours, and changing schedules.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Bonus: experience with production houses, D2C content shoots, or working on influencer shoots.
