Deputy Mfg Chemist

1. Supervision and monitoring of work in BB line particularly for Mixing, Filling and Pouching as per respective sOP and maintaining discipline in work area

2.In process monitoring to check quality of product at each stage of process and provide on job training to Concern WOKes.

3. Maintaining cleaning and hygiene condition in clean room as per respective sOP.

4. On line documentation as per requirement.

5. Ensuring timely availability of material for smooth production. Weighing and checking of raw material as per requirement.

6. Ensuning smooth material fiow for timely availatbility of material or semi finish g00d for next stage of process.

7. Ensuring timely and efficient execution of production targets.

8. Maintaining identiication status of process, materal, semi tinish good, machines and equipment at each stage of process.

9. Monitoring of rejection at various stage of process and analyze it and reduce it by effective monitoring. analyzing and eliminating the root cause

10. To take prompt action tor any break down maintenance as well as preventive maintenance of machines nd equipne

11. Maintaining inter departmental coordination as per production requirement.

12. Follow and implement the various sOP'S as per requirement.

13. Controlling and maintaining Environmental and Microbial condition in clean room and other production area as per respective sOP.

14. Coordination with other supporting dept. like maintenance, QA,QC and stores etc.

15. Assisting in validation and calibration activity and monitoring calibration and validation status of process and equipment and measuring devices.

16. in absence, charge shall De nanded over to the designee.

17. Any otber task assigned by Reporting Manager/Seniors.

18. IFunctional reporting shall be as per departmental organogram.

Experience : - 2-3 years

Qualificatin : - B.Pharma
