- We're looking for Record to Report Professional, having technical depth in accounting functions, financial statements_

**_ Responsibilities_**

**_ _**
- In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to month end closing activities._

**_ _**

**_ _**

**_Should have sound Record to Report knowledge_**

**_ _**

**_Work Independently or take minimum support on reporting activities _**

**_Experience in ERP is a requirement (SAP desirable)_**

**_ _**

**_Prepare & Review of Balance Sheet Accounts Reconciliations_**

**_ _**

**_Good Interpersonal Skills_**

**_ _**

**_Able to handle all R2R quires with minimum support_**

**_ _**

**_Perform month end accounting, preparation and posting of journals into GL_**

**_ _**

**_Perform variance analysis, write commentaries on actuals vs forecast / budgets to identify the key drivers and help the business to make decisions_**

**_ _**

**_Critical support for analysis and decision making by providing consolidated snapshot post month end close as per the requirement _**

**_Work constantly with the onshore team to resolve any highlighted issues along with owning control_**

**_ _**

**_Ability to identify and report variances between Actuals and Forecast/Budget_**

**_ _**

**_Performing deliverables aligned on forecast reporting._**

**_ _**

**_Explaining the causes of different cost heads of the various functions and assisting in communicating these to the Onshore partners._**

**_ _**

**_Qualifications we seek in you_**:**_ _**

**_ Minimum qualifications_**

**_B.Com Graduate_**

**_ _**

**_Excellent Reconciliation, Accounting & Reporting experience_**

**_ _**

**_Preferred qualifications _**:
**_Chartered Accountants(CAs) will be more preferred_**

**_ _**

**_MS Excel & SAP knowledge is helpful_**

**_ _**

**_Client handling experience_**
