**THE ROLE**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Conduct interactive and practical training sessions on various digital marketing modules, including:

- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Pay-Per-Click (PPC)
- Social Media Marketing (SMM)
- Content Marketing and Strategy
- Google Analytics and Data Interpretation
- Create and update training materials, presentations, and course content.
- Design practical assignments, projects, and case studies to enhance learning outcomes.
- Ensure course content aligns with industry trends and best practices.
- Conduct live campaigns on **Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads** as part of the training.
- Guide students in building and optimizing their own digital marketing projects.
- Evaluate participants' performance through tests, assignments, and projects.
- Provide constructive feedback and support learners in skill improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest **tools, trends, and algorithm changes**.
- Guide students on **career paths, certifications**, and interview preparation.

**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**
- **Bachelor’s or Master’s degree** in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a **Digital Marketing Trainer or Digital Marketing Specialist**.
- Strong expertise in performance marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
- Ability to think outside the box, with a knack for storytelling and crafting compelling campaigns.
- Ability to simplify complex topics for learners at different skill levels.
- Proficiency in **Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and CRM tools**.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

**Experience**:

- 1+ year of hands-on experience in Digital marketing
- 2+ years of training experience preferred.
