Company: Esperer Techno Commercial LLP is a automotive parts and accessories manufacturing, importing and distribution company with 6 years of experience. We're seeking a Digital Marketing Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience in the ever-evolving field of digital marketing.

Responsibilities: Social Media Management: Assist in creating and scheduling engaging content across various social media platforms to increase brand awareness.

Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Research and Trends: Stay updated on digital marketing trends and industry best practices to contribute innovative ideas.

Collaboration: Work closely with the design and content teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital channels. Campaign Management: Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, measuring and reporting on their effectiveness.

Qualifications: Educational Background: Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Inbound talent also considered.

Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Speaking fluent English and Hindi is a must. Other languages like tamil or Kannada is a added advantage

Team Player: Willingness to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.

Skills Required

I. Social media marketing, social media optimization, social media campaigns, facebook marketing, instagram marketing, youtube marketing, linkedin marketing, social media ads, lead generation through social media campaigns, content creation, content writing, content editing, graphic designing, linkedin ads campaigns

II. Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.

III. Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.

IV. Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of companies’ social content.

V. Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community

VI. Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.

A good understanding of Google Analytics and Google Adwords Experience with SEO, Digital Marketing, and Data Analysis Extensive knowledge of advertisement planning, and advertising budgets Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills

Managerial Amazon platform experience - assisting in Amazon Listing Writing and SEO, EBC/A+ Content, KDP Listing,PPC Ad Campaigns, and all amazon backend works

Must have ability to raise tickets, checking mails, phone call attending, claims etc.

Managerial shopify platform expert - Keywords Research, Pages SEO based on provided keywords, Meta Tags &Title Creation, Technical issue solving,

Search Engine Friendly URL

Structure, Schema markup & Sitemap Analysis, Increase sales on The Shopify store

Analytical Skills: Basic understanding of data analysis and the ability to derive insights from performance metrics. Initiative: Proactive attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges and learn quickly.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
