**Job Title**: International Voice Process Executive - Outbound Sales

**Experience Required**: 1 to 6 years
**Location**: Bengaluru
**Shift Timing**: US Shift (Rotational)
**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to international prospects (B2B/B2C based on project).
- Clearly communicate product/service offerings and value propositions.
- Understand customer needs and offer relevant solutions to drive conversions.
- Achieve or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales and call targets.
- Handle objections confidently and convert potential leads into sales.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and data protection guidelines.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- 1-6 years of outbound sales experience in an international voice process.
- Excellent English communication and persuasion skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets in a high-pressure environment.
- Familiarity with US/UK/AUS sales culture and client handling.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
