Job Description Position : Executive - Backend & Telecalling Operations

Location : Gift City, Gandhinagar

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct client profile reviews for customer accounts -Data entry operations -Review all information and documentation ensuring compliance with local regulation and standards laid by the company -Make sure KYC forms and client profiles are updated according to policy requirements -Follow up with stakeholders to ensure information is remediated correctly before due dates, and within prescribed SLA -Perform other KYC tasks, including prioritization, monitoring and tracking of the KYC records -Conduct Video KYC with customers -Recon & Settlement as per bank procedures

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate with at least two years of experience in KYC Quality Control or Quality Assurance /checking/compliance in a financial institution - This is a mandatory requirement -Fluent English (written & spoken) - This is a mandatory requirement -High attention to detail -Past experience of Video KYC will be a plus -Knowledge of navigating corporate legal documents -Ability to work well under pressure and tight time frames -Ability to work as a team player -Analytical and good organizational skills -Willingness to learn and manage in a constantly changing environment -Microsoft skills

Pay: ₹8,775.33 - ₹26,000.00 per month
