**Job Title: Senior Individual Tax (HNI - 1040)**

Location: Mumbai, India

**Salary**: INR 12 LPA - 19 LPA
Experience: 3-6 Years

**Must-Have Skills**:

- US Taxation experience is mandatory Experience preparing and reviewing 1040 forms is mandatory
- Experience working on HNI clients is mandatory HNI AND 1040 Must reflect in the profile if he/she has been working on it
- Should be from consulting, CPA firms only (we are not open for industry exp)
- Should be open to work from office all 5 days
- Should be open for 12:30 pm to 9:30 pm shift
- Should be flexible on working hours during busy season

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver a comprehensive range of 1040 (HNI) tax services, ensuring compliance with US tax laws and regulations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing expert tax planning and consultation.
- Review and manage tax returns and supporting work papers.
- Engage in all aspects of tax assignments, from planning to finalization, identifying and resolving tax issues.
- Provide high-quality client service and receive training from senior professionals.
- Collaborate seamlessly with US team members using advanced technology and processes.

**Basic Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.3+ years of progressive experience in US/global taxation.
- Mandatory experience in US Taxation, 1040 forms, and handling HNI clients.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
