**ESSENTIAL** **JOB** **FUNCTIONS** **AND**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
You will assist with the maintenance and development of DEAR reports for SAGE US/EMEA customers.

**Duties will include**:

- Accurate producing DEAR Reports as per the request from the sales

manager updated in salesforce dashboard.
- Addition and maintenance of SAGEs publishing partners onto the

Marketing Database.
- Updating DEAR Reports in a timely manner.
- Checking for Non que task during quiet period.

Undertake Research and Enhancement of Database in the time available.
after the weekly cycle of Database maintenance and development tasks
has been completed/or as advised by your supervisor.
Project duties will include:
**Undertake annual top level overhaul research projects in agreed territories**:
Commonwealth University Yearbook or Websites
European Universities
Other sources as defined (conference delegate lists, rep lists,
librarian sources, relevant websites)
Agreement of research project brief (including territories,
standards, targets) with Head Marketing and Marketing
Database Supervisor
In-depth research of customer/prospect contacts and accounts
according to the brief supplied which will include accurate
profiling of new and existing records.

**SUPPORTIVE** **TEAM** **MEMBER**
- Contribute ideas and give feedback to peers in a concise and

productive way.
- Be available to provide support to team as needed and defined by

managers.
- Participate in projects, committees, or task forces as assigned by

managers.
- You will handle all other tasks not mentioned above as assigned to you

by your superiors.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
