We are seeking a skilled and experienced Internal Auditor to join our team in Kannur, Kerala. The Internal Auditor will be responsible for conducting audits of all our branches in the GCC countries remotely, ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. This position reports directly to the CEO, ensuring independence and objectivity in auditing functions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive audits of financial and operational processes across all branches in the GCC region.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, recommendations, and corrective actions.
- Monitor and follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations.
- Perform risk assessments and develop audit plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with management and staff to identify solutions for enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide support during external audits and regulatory examinations.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory changes to ensure continuous improvement in audit processes.
- Report audit findings and recommendations directly to the CEO, ensuring timely and transparent communication of critical issues.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Preferably CA background.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in the e-commerce or retail sector.
- Strong understanding of internal control frameworks, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
