**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage Inbound/ Outbound Customer Calls In A Timely Manner
- Generate Leads That Develop Into New Customers
- Identify Customer's Needs And Convince The Customer To Buy The Product/Service
- Gain Comprehensive Product/Service Knowledge And Clarify Information Wherever Required
- Answering Phones And Explaining The Product And Services Offered By The Company
- Contacting Existing Customers As Well As Prospective Customers Using Scripts
- Obtaining Customer Information And Other Relevant Data
- Asking Questions To The Customer And Understanding Their Specifications
- Resolving Queries And Issues Related To The Products And Services
- Making Recordings Of All The Sales Phone Calls And Sales Deals
- Maintaining The Database Of Customers On A Regular Basis
- Suggest Solutions Based On Customers' Needs And Requirements
- Pitch to the parents to take the Demo Classes
- Update the database on a timely basis for the contacted prospects
- Timely follow-up with the prospects
- Maintain a detailed database with all the information about the prospects
- Promoting the company and its product/service.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Are from Bhilai or neighboring cities
- 1-3 years of sales or pre-sales experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Fluent in English

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher, Internship
Part-time hours: 48 per week

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
