**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Videography & Photography**:

- Shoot professional-quality videos and photos for marketing campaigns, events, product shoots, and social media.
- Ensure proper **lighting, framing, and sound quality** during shoots.
- Capture behind-the-scenes and lifestyle content as needed.
- **Lighting & Technical Setup**:

- Plan, set up, and manage lighting for both indoor and outdoor shoots.
- Understand how lighting impacts mood, tone, and quality of visuals.
- Use reflectors, diffusers, softboxes, and other tools to achieve desired effects.
- **Equipment Handling & Maintenance**:

- Operate and maintain cameras, lenses, lighting, audio, and related gear.
- Perform routine checks, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting of equipment.
- Ensure all gear is safely stored and well-maintained.
- **Content Management**:

- Save, organize, and back up raw footage and images systematically.
- Maintain an archive for easy access to past content.
- Ensure proper file naming and version control.
- **Editing & Post-Production**:

- Edit raw video and photo content into professional outputs for digital platforms.
- Use editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, Lightroom).
- Add graphics, text overlays, color correction, sound effects, and background music to enhance content.
- Deliver optimized content for different platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- **Creative Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute content ideas.
- Contribute to creative concepts for campaigns and storytelling.
- Stay updated on latest trends in digital content creation.
