**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assemble, fit, and adjust sheet metal dies as per specifications.
- Perform die maintenance, repairs, and modifications to ensure optimal performance.
- Operate hand tools, grinders, milling machines, lathes, and other fitting equipment.
- Inspect dies for defects, measure tolerances, and make necessary adjustments.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Collaborate with the production team to troubleshoot and resolve die-related issues.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and workplace best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2-5 years of experience** as a Die Fitter in the **Sheet Metal Industry**.
- Strong knowledge of **tool and die fitting, machining, and fabrication techniques**.
- Ability to read and interpret **technical drawings and CAD designs**.
- Experience with **grinding, drilling, milling, and lathe operations**.
- Understanding of **tolerances, measurements, and precision fitting**.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Diploma/Certification** in Tool & Die Making, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Prior experience in **stamping, pressing, or sheet metal manufacturing** is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
