Hiring for UI/UX & Graphic Designer

Experience Range 0-1 yr

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Location - Peelamedu, Coimbatore

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts and gather feedback.
- Develop interactive prototypes using industry-standard design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather insights to inform design decisions.
- Create high-quality graphic designs for marketing materials, social media assets, and branding collateral.
- Produce short videos and reels that effectively communicate our brand message and engage our target audience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve our design processes and deliverables.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
- Work closely with developers to ensure that design specifications are implemented accurately and efficiently.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Interaction Design, or related field.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Sketch, Figma, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
- Experience creating short videos and reels using video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to articulate and present design concepts and ideas.
- A portfolio showcasing your design work, including UI/UX projects, graphic designs, and short videos/reels.
