We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Specialist. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about leveraging social media platforms and search engine optimization (SEO) techniques to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize our online presence across social media channels and search engines.
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followership across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
- Create and curate engaging content for social media posts, ensuring alignment with brand voice, tone, and messaging.
- Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, monitoring comments and messages, and responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and insights to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct keyword research and on-page optimization to improve website visibility and search engine rankings.
- Optimize website content, including blog posts, product pages, and landing pages, for relevant keywords and user intent.
- Monitor website traffic, keyword rankings, and other SEO metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
- Identify opportunities for link building and off-page optimization to improve domain authority and increase organic search visibility.
- Stay informed about industry trends and algorithm updates related to social media marketing and SEO, and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to ensure alignment and cohesion across marketing initiatives.
- **Requirements**:_
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proven experience in social media marketing and SEO, with a strong understanding of best practices and strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to create compelling and engaging content for social media platforms.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive informed decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
