We are looking for an **MIS Executive** who will be responsible for managing and analyzing data, generating reports, and ensuring smooth data operations to support business decision-making.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain **MIS reports, dashboards, and databases**.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret **data from various sources**.
- Automate and optimize **reporting processes** using Excel, Google Sheets, or SQL.
- Coordinate with different departments to gather and validate **data accuracy**.
- Generate **daily, weekly, and monthly reports** for management.
- Identify and resolve **data discrepancies** or reporting errors.
- Assist in the implementation of **new reporting tools and software**.

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.
- **1-3 years** of experience in MIS reporting or data analysis.
- Strong knowledge of **Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros), Google Sheets, and SQL**.
- Experience with **Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools** (preferred).
- Good **analytical and problem-solving skills**.
- Strong attention to detail and **data accuracy**.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
