**Location**:
Haldia (Company provided accommodation will be given)
- Search, evaluate, and track tenders across government and non-government platforms.
- Gather all relevant information for tenders and ensure all prequalification requirements are met.
- Prepare, compile, and submit tender documentation, including technical and financial proposals, before deadlines.
- Ensure the completeness and accuracy of all tender-related documents.
- Regularly update bank guarantees and other financial guarantees as per tender requirements.
- Act as the point of contact for any queries related to tenders and contracts.
- Ensure all data related to tenders, bids, and contracts are up-to-date in the ERP system.
- Keep track of tender submission deadlines, tender results, and update management on the progress of all ongoing tenders.
- Prepare periodic reports on tenders, submission timelines, and outcomes.
- A good command in English would be preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and should have experience in Tender Filing on the GEM Portal and E-procurement Portals.
- Should have basic knowledge to make MIS Reports.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in tender management is a MUST.
**Salary**
As per Industrial standards.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
